Casino Centerpiece

Place a small hole in the middle of a Gambler Hat. Helium inflate 2 black and 2 red latex balloons with a mylar dice balloon and tie curling ribbon to each balloon. Place the ribbon through the hole of the hat and tie ribbon to a balloon weight. Arrange the hat on a square of green felt and place paper money, dice, poker chips, and cards around the hat on the table.
