Corn on the Cob

One Way: Remove the silk without cutting husk from corn. Tie husks back in place, securing ends with string. Plunge corn into salted ice water 20 – 60 minutes. Drain well and place on grill set on Medium flame. Roast corn about 20 minutes turning frequently, until husks are dry and browned. To serve, peel back husks to use as handles.

Second Way: Husk corn and remove silk. Butter, salt, and pepper, and wrap each ear tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil, twisting ends to seal. Cook on preheated grill using Medium flame, about 10 minutes turning frequently.

For the BBQ Chef

Lumberjack Burgers

2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
2 Tbsp.
Worcestershire Sauce
1 ½ Tsp. Salt
½ Tsp. Garlic Salt
¼ Tsp. Pepper
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Tsp. Prepared Mustard
¼ Cup Chopped Onion
¼ Cup Pickle Relish
¼ Cup Diced Cheese
Melted Butter

Blend together first 6 ingredients. Form into 10 thin patties. Mix mustard, onion, pickle relish, and cheese. Divide onto 5 of the patties leaving a 1inch rim of meat. Top with remaining patties, pressing edges together to seal. Brush with melted butter. Grill over Medium flame 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
